I'm looking forward to combining some of my past vocations and hobbies into this endeavor as a way to get out and explore my own backyard. I'm moving toward full retirement and looking forward to meeting lots of new people in the communities in and around the Foothills of North & South Carolina. 

I've spent most of my working life as an educator, but have also made a buck as a camp director, communications director, musician, photographer, author, and trip leader. I enjoy telling a good story and especially love listening to them.
